 Top is chicken 🐔 gravy (I make in house), left is quinoa and next to it is black beans. The gravy is mainly used for chicken 🍗 and pancakes 🥞 and the quinoa (which I make from scratch) and black beans are for breakfast bowls 🍚 with pico 🍅 🧅 and shredded cheddar 🧀 topped with an over easy egg 🍳 and cilantro aioli.

Top left sliced tomatoes 🍅 and below it is avocado 🥑 used for avocado toast 🍞. Then you have strawberries 🍓 and blueberries 🫐 for the fucking smoothies the turkey 🦃 and chicken 🐓 salad which is used for turkey 🦃 clubs and the chicken 🍗 salad is for sandwich’s or stuffed chicken avocado 🥑 then you have spinach (yuck) baby arugula, and spring mix used for BLT’s 🥪 and other shit!
